How do shirts fit? What size should I get?
Each product has a size guide link in the item description or a size chart in product photos. Our team has personal recommendations of general fit on each product description as well. If you're still stuck and not sure which size to get, you can message our team here.

Help! I put the wrong shipping address in at checkout.
That happens, but not to worry! If your order has not shipped yet, just email us with the correct address. Make sure you have your order number in your message.

My order didn't fit, can I exchange for another or return for a refund?

Can I use gift cards at the venue?
Yes! Gift cards can now be used at the venue during concerts. They are not redeemable at the venue for artist merch, or at any other point of sale location including Whitewater Sports, Hideout on the Horseshoe, Whitewater Condos, or the Whitewater Main Office. 

I live near the venue - can I do a local pickup?
In the off-season (November-February) we may offer local pickup for convenience. If local pickup is available, you will see the option at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of processing and are shipped via USPS. Please visit the Shipping Policy page for other details on shipping.
